What is the process to begin a project?
The first step is to reach out to us and let us know all about your project expectations. Once you've agreed to proceed with the project a deposit is required and can be made payable by Mobile Payments, such as CashApp and Zelle. Once agreed deposit has been rendered we will begin your project. We will reach out to you to discuss the plan and expectancy of delivery. Printing requires a 100% deposit before production begins.
How long does it take to receive a design proof?
A proof for your order will be ready via email typically between 24-48 hours. Once all proofs are approved by the client the order must be paid in full before printing.
We assumes no liability or responsibility for typographical errors on draft or final proof copies. The customer assumes all responsibility for editing the content of the final proof document and requesting revisions for any missing or typographical errors.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for refunds. After 48 hours, there will be no refunds. If project has started, time spent on the project will be charged.
After client approves each revision and design project has been sent for print production it is not the responsibility of the designer for any wrong dates, text, or typos. There will be no refund after client approved design before it was sent to print production.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any, or no reason what so ever.
